This application, developed by the Ceará State Social Welfare Foundation (Cearaprev), facilitates essential services such as re-registration, life verification, and death pension claims. Additional services, including retirement and health care, are currently under development. Users also have the option to engage with the Ombudsman and receive support through chat or phone for any inquiries.

The app incorporates advanced security features, including facial recognition and voice identification of the registered beneficiary, streamlining the process and eliminating the need for in-person visits to public offices for annual life verification and re-registration tasks.

All beneficiary registration information must be entered directly into the app; it is strongly advised against sharing personal data via SMS or phone. Cearaprev does not request credit or debit card information.
